Big news at LS Black: Chris Harchanko has been promoted to Director of Business Development.

We turned the office into a putt putt course. For research.
Two interns. Two drafted teams. One question: who is 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺?

Thursday was National Intern Day, so LS Black ran the 2026 Intern Day Olympics. 𝗭𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 and 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 each drafted a team out of the office, then we settled it over five events: hallway putt putt, a head to head typing race, airplane distance contest (in honor of the Air Force), a marshmallow tower, and LS Black Trivia.

Team Zasha won 4 to 1.

Zasha and Jojo, thank you for picking LS Black this summer. It has been a good one to watch.

These guys are 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺!

Today we're proud to announce two well-earned promotions at LS Black Constructors.

𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗔𝗿𝗸 and 𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘆 have both been promoted to 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿.

Both came up as Assistant Project Managers and earned it the right way: owning the details, solving problems in the field, and delivering for the teams and partners who count on us. Now they lead projects of their own, carrying the same standard forward.

Our work supports those who serve our nation. That takes leaders who hold the standard, every job.

We are proud to congratulate our Senior Project Manager Jesse Anderson graduated from Associated General Contractors of Minnesota's Leadership Blueprint, a six month professional development program where emerging construction leaders and managers meet monthly to grow their skills. Jesse was one of 44 individuals recognized at the May 7th graduation.

LS Black has been proud to participate in Leadership Blueprint for several years now, because building high-performing teams starts with investing in the people who lead them. Congrats, Jesse. We're lucky to have you leading the way.

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 extends 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲!

This week, members of the LS Black Constructors team volunteered alongside the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Network, Hugo, MN to support the United States Air Force Reserve’s 934th Airlift Wing Spring Event at the Minneapolis - St. Paul Joint Air Reserve Station

Our team assisted with meal service and event support for reservists and their families throughout the day. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and support the military community here in Minnesota.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to represent LS Black Constructors.
