LaRive Condominiums

Advanced Masonry Restoration is proud to share a behind the scenes look at this restoration and improvement project with our long time client, LaRive Condos.

This year we are focusing on the terraces of this beautiful 28 story building in North East Minneapolis.

The scope of work includes railing replacement, new waterproofing systems, replacing old tile with pedestal pavers and rebuilding several walls.

From structural foundations to detailed stonework, our team is committed to quality craftmanship every step of the way.

This week, Advanced Masonry Restoration held its 2025 Annual Safety meeting and training day. This day is a critical part of maintaining our commitment to a safe and productive working environment. We review past performance, updates in regulations, procedures & equipment, ensuring our team stays safe through the next year.

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team at Advanced Masonry Restoration: Al Nelson! With over 30 years of experience in the masonry restoration industry, Al joins us as our new Project Manager.

Al brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, dealing in various aspects of masonry restoration throughout his extensive career.

In his role as Project Manager, Al is excited to foster new relationships, both personal and professional, and help grow AMR's concrete, traffic coating, and masonry restoration projects. His dedication to excellence aligns perfectly with AMR's commitment to staying at the forefront of our field.
