We recently completed the accessible units that received new ADA upgrades at Joseph’s Pointe in St. Paul. The renovations of these 5 units included a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room to better support residents with accessibility needs.

Proud to celebrate the completed remodel at Clare Housing's 929 building — a new elevator, new heating/cooling system, and fresh finishes throughout the units and common spaces, all completed while residents stayed in their homes.

Clare Housing has provided housing and supportive services for Minnesotans living with HIV for decades, and we're grateful for 20+ years of partnership with them. Thank you, Clare Housing, for the trust — congratulations on this beautiful renovation!

Exciting news at Birchwood Apartments in Grand Marais. The newly reopened two-level parking lot is complete! This project includes a new retaining wall that separates the upper and lower levels. Huge thanks to our team for their hard work, and to the residents for their patience throughout the project.
