It doesn’t matter if I do this every day, thousands of square feet a week. The wife still wants me to vacuum the house…

Progress at the Minneapolis job! Gosh, this White Oak #1 looks really good, doesn’t it? Let’s hope the homeowners don’t cover it up with a dark stain to match their brown walls!

In Minneapolis today. A couple months ago, we installed three-quarter inch white oak, number one. Today we begin the sanding process. It’s just Lance and I, and we’re old, so I’m not sure if we’ll get a seal coat down today, but I’ll make sure to send pictures when we do. This is gonna be quite the transformation.

Just finished up another refinish in Savage with some dark walnut stain and an install in a cozy office! Boy, that red oak really does look good with stain on it!

Here are the floors we did last week. I stopped by because Lance forgot our battery charger… Anyway, I just thought these floors turned out great compared to what they were. What do you guys think?

Not many pictures for this one, but I’ll get some shots afterwards! This was a project in a Minneapolis apartment that we did two years ago. Unfortunately, they had a water leak and damaged the glue-down engineered flooring. So we're tasked with taking the damaged stuff out, getting the floor prepped again, and reinstalling. Believe me, not easy work!

This was a huge project in Eagan, Minnesota. We tore out a bunch of carpet, installed a bunch of new 2.25 inch red oak select, refinished the old stuff, then sanded it and stained the new stuff. The homeowner went with a dark walnut stain and I think it looks absolutely fantastic!

Back again in Prior Lake for a final coat!

This is another job in Minneapolis this week, This red oak floor had very dark duraseal stain on it. The homeowners had us install a new section of flooring, and we’re going to be applying dark walnut! Spindles are hard work!
