This is construction during Covid: This 3-season porch is 85% complete and now we wait on supplies that are backed up…most obviously windows!

I think we can all agree that the need for more space has never been greater! This Mendota Heights basement got an overhaul adding some much needed living space for this family. This is the second project WH Laurel Remodeling has done for this family. In 2018, Bill and his crew did a complete main floor remodel. Bill is known for his high standards, honesty, and commitment to his clients.

Check out this complete bathroom overhaul in Mendota Heights. An old Roman tub was removed for a walk-in, tiled shower with frameless glass doors, floor leveled out, and double vanity added. Bill and the homeowner realized the wasted space behind the vanity wall would be the perfect spot for built-in shelving accommodating all those large shampoo bottles and keeping them off the shower floor. Make it to the end to see the before photos!
