Sometimes a little bit of tree trimming goes a long way with the overall usage and visual of a property. Here we had a driveway being overtook by overgrown and low hanging branches that would rub the sides of vehicles and hit the customers boat while entering and exiting the property. There was also a rock garden that was always damp and held a smell after it rained due to being secluded by the overgrowth, now with it being cleared of branches from multiple trees it can finally get some son and air moving through.
