Concrete Laborer Duties and Responsibilities
Demo worksites and prepare them for new concrete pour or placement
Mix concrete
Pour or place concrete
Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber
Repair concrete structures
Apply finishing coat
Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment
Clean up the worksite when the project is complete

Concrete Laborer Requirements and Qualifications
1+ years of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred
Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Reliable transportation

Concrete Finisher Duties and Responsibilities
Review project plans and location of the concrete pour
Gather and inspect equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
Install rebar or concrete forms as needed
Communicate with the concrete team about the timing and completion of each phase of the project
Use power trowels and vibrating screeds to smooth freshly poured concrete
Check the finished product to make sure it meets specifications
Follow all industry and governmental safety protocols
Maintain equipment and make repairs when necessary

Concrete Finisher Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Familiar with proper handling of materials and equipment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
