Finally got her done, and to say that I'm proud of this one is an understatement. A complete transformation for this family. As soon as I started the demolition, all the fascia boards were rotted on the home, a whopping 275 linear feet, but now everything is buttoned up to spec and I think it came out gorgeous. The pictures will tell the rest.

Just finished this one off, here's a little before and after.
The vent in the front gable had to be reframed and it's to cold to paint.
Custom added birdboxes and 180° soffit, fascia wrap on rakes, eaves and front porch. Double 4.5" dutch lap Siding laid in all gables of home. As always Mastic products are my companies go to. You can't beat their durability, workability or warranty when it comes to vinyl or aluminum building materials.
