Monday & Tuesday project replace dry rot six decking boards 2x6x14, three spindles 2x2 and two side skirts 1x11x6.power wash paint with Sherwin Williams Deck paint Autumn Brown

Also been working all week in the evening. Temporary support frames (2) . Remove 2x4 supports to install 6x6 support post and 6x6 header. Install lag bolts on trusses, fire barrier electrical wire holes, clean getting it ready for inspections for next phase stay tuned 🪜🪚📐🧰👷🏽‍♂️🤩🤩

Next week project : Investor asking for support beam under that load bearing wall that was taken out. Installing 6x6’s to support weight and if choose can be decorative beams also. 🪜🪚📐🧰👷🏽‍♂️

All last week making closet bigger . Removed two door with frame. Framed in one door to drywall & plaster match old walls. Open up latess, concrete & plaster wall to frame to build from . Next week patching walls, floor to frame new closet 72” sliding double doors.
