Client put up privacy fence and found out neighbors fence was over on his property line. Too keep the peace client contracted me to redo gate for neighbor. Dig hole to set post in 3ft deep filled with concrete. Door got re-sized smaller to fit space. Missing hardware purchased & secured to be operational. 👷🏽‍♂️🧰⚒️🪏🤗🤩

Knocked this out on Friday wood privacy fence post rot dance came down in storm. Dug out concrete & broken post. Set new 4x4 post 3ft in the ground new concrete and re-attach fence panels. Client will be replacing fence later. 🪜🧰👷🏽‍♂️👌

Agent need repairs before Friday to hit the market to sale. Yesterday evening and this morning. Replaces screen , exterior trim, floor registers, interior window trim fill holes & paint, air return screws, outlet cover, baseboard secured & caulked, hand rail replaced, floor patch, door swings closed, closet k***s installed DONE by noon . Ready for showings in St Charles!! 🤩🪜🧰🪚🛠️👷🏽‍♂️👌
