A patched leak feels like a solved problem. Often, it's really just the most visible symptom of something bigger addressed in isolation, while the conditions that caused it are still sitting on the rest of the roof.

R&A performs repairs because sometimes that's exactly what a situation calls for. What we won't do is let a repair get mistaken for a long-term plan. When the same issues keep resurfacing, or a repair is covering ground that's really a sign of broader wear, we'll say so directly, and point toward restoration or replacement instead of another patch.

A repair buys time. It's not meant to be the answer forever. Talk to R&A about what your roof actually needs

A great view of progress from above! One of our crew members captured this impressive panoramic shot while work was underway. It's always rewarding to see a project come together.

t's easy to assume that once water's inside a roof assembly, the damage is already locked in and the only real fix is a full tear-off.

ERC Wind Vent works differently. Its one-way vents use natural wind movement across the roof to create negative pressure, which pulls trapped moisture v***r out from beneath the assembly instead of sealing it in.

It's a continuous process that allows the roof to dry out over time and comes backed by an actual dry-out guarantee.

R&A installs ERC specifically because it solves a category of problem most systems are only designed to avoid, not fix.

We’re so grateful to have 15 years of Da Bubba at R&A! Bubba wears a lot of hats but perhaps our favorite thing he does is support each and every one of us. Anyone who knows Bubba knows his heart is as big as the sky is wide and his generosity is astounding. We couldn’t be luckier to have had the pleasure of working with him for 15 amazing years. Bring on another 15!! (okay, maybe not 15, Bubba may want to retire at some point) 😉

Last night R&A was honored to attend a meaningful evening supporting an incredible organization and the families they serve. Missouri KIDS provides lifelong support to students across Missouri whose lives have been permanently changed by serious injuries. They help provide adaptive equipment, accessible transportation, home modifications, educational assistance, and more. One of our favorite things about this organization is that once you are a Missouri KID, you are forever apart of that family with support continuing through adulthood.

We are honored to support an organization making such a lasting impact in our community and across the state. Thank you to Missouri KIDS and everyone who helped make this year’s Benefit Auction a success!
