I love what I do and get great satisfaction from my business, particularly in establishing new relationships with clients. I prioritize providing candid advice on claim filings and ensure follow-through on commitments, which fosters long-term client relationships. And when a previous client calls me back years later because I did what I said I was going to do when I said I was going to do it. A significant part of my job satisfaction comes from taking on complex claims that others have deemed unresolvable and finding successful outcomes for my clients. For instance, today was a prime example, where I successfully reversed two previously denied claims, resulting in trust and gratitude from my clients. This kind of achievement makes for a truly fulfilling day.
