Metal Building Solutions of Florida is proud to partner with The Dimmitt Group and Bandes Construction on the new Cycle Springs Powersports facility in Clearwater, Florida.
This exciting design-build project features a premium pre-engineered metal building by American Buildings Company, including:

✔️ Standing seam roof system
✔️ R-30 Long Tab roof insulation
✔️ R-19 wall insulation
✔️ Custom wall panel and trim colors for a modern, high-end appearance

Working closely with the owner, architect, and the manufacturer's BIM team, we're delivering a facility built for performance, durability, and outstanding curb appeal.
We're excited to help bring this vision to life and look forward to seeing the finished project become the new home of Cycle Springs Powersports.

Another successful build in the books, and this one checks all the boxes for quality, efficiency, and scale:

Designed and built for long-term performance, this facility features a premium standing-seam roof with R-30 long-tab banded insulation, plus durable PBR wall panels with R-19 insulation, maximizing energy efficiency and structural integrity.
