Well here's what I've been up to..... We had a massive 40 year old live oak tree split and it was going to come down on our house. So we had to take that down ASAP. I did a lot of the work as well as my parents and my wife and my daughter. We had a climber who took down a lot once the tree was off the house or away from the house. He was from Alabama and he did an awesome job! We were all his ground crew though! LOL

There's other smaller trees that I've had to help my neighbors with. And I'm still helping neighbors that have had trees come down on their house and other things.

Well the power finally got fixed at about 4:00 today. Very thankful! Prayers are still out for everyone on the beaches and in the Big bend area and everywhere else that this hit a lot worse than here

We're still rocking a generator, it's got 47 hours on it for this storm so far and the power and internet probably won't come back until late Sunday night. We're fortunate we still have a roof over our heads though! Prayers for those who don't
