Our crewmen conduct business with honesty and integrity. We work in such a way that our clients can easily see that we value their investment in their lawns. We also add value to their investment by providing quality care.

It is important that persons seeking employment as a crewman possess the following characteristics:
• dependable (i.e. reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations)
• pay attention to detail

• initiative (i.e. willing to take on responsibilities and challenges)
• self-control (i.e. maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, especially when interacting with crew members and customers)
• persistent (i.e. complete task no matter the obstacle)
• innovative (i.e. being creative in executing tasks, provide alternative ideas)
• integrity (i.e. being honest and ethical)

Our daily tasks resemble the following examples:
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.
• Mow or edge lawns.
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.

Work environment
• Exposed to outdoors from early mornings to late afternoon

Qualifications for the Position
• Applicants should be at least 16 years of age.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscaping experience (1-3 years)

Wage based upon experience
