The first celebration using the term Veterans Day occurred in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1947. Raymond Weeks, a World War II veteran, organized "National Veterans Day," which included a parade and other festivities, to honor all veterans. The event was held on November 11, then designated Armistice Day.

Right Way Elevator would like to thank all Veterans for their selfless service.

On November 10th, 1775, United States Marine Corps was born in Tun Tavern Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The founder of the Marine Corps was Samuel Nicholas. Our founder Ryan Coley served in the United States Marine Corps and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. We want to wish all Marines a Happy Birthday today. Semper Fi.

Even 22 years ago, today is still a day we will never forget! The gentleman pictured is Charles Costello. He was not working at the towers on that fateful day, but after the planes hit, he went in and helped the fire department get people out of stuck elevators, but unfortunately lost his life that day. He is certainly one of the many heroes from 9/11, a day we will never forget. Thank you for your sacrifice.

The first celebrations of Labor Day were in the 1880s. They occurred locally and were organized by workers and unions. These holidays were informal and held in the picnic season at the end of the summer, which is one of the reasons we celebrate Labor Day in September. But it wasn't made a federal holiday until 1894. Happy Labor Day from Right Way Elevator!

On July 4, 1776, the 13 colonies claimed their independence from Great Britain, an event that eventually led to the formation of the United States. Each year on the Fourth of July, also known as Independence Day, U.S. citizens celebrate this historic event. Right Way Elevator wants wish everyone a safe and happy 4th of July!

Today we sponsored a food tent at the 1st Annual Anthony Muhlstadt Defender 5K Ruck, benefiting Stop Solider Su***de. All proceeds raised were donated back to the cause, and we raised $650. A big shout out to our Service Manager Justin and his wife for cooking, preparing and serving the food for everyone. Thank you to all the employees that came out and attended and supported this great event
