Chris M Electric LLC needs Working Foremen and Helpers. Foremen should have at least 5 years of experience running work. If you are looking to make a change and work for a growing family-owned and operated business please reach out.

Responsibilities:
• Manage small to medium ground-up and tenant improvement commercial projects with teams up to 6 including hands-on work. Lead by example.
• Read and utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, etc.
• Manage job site material including ordering, receiving and loss prevention.
• Oversee team safety and lead on-site safety discussions.
• Install, maintain, modify and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with current NEC and local/regional codes.
• Maintain quality workmanship, including regular inspections and testing.
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with teams, managers, GCs and other trades.

Qualifications:
• Foremen = Minimum 5 years experience as a lead on commercial projects. Residential experience a plus. Helpers at least 1-year basic electrical experience.
• Proven understanding of commercial electrical wiring and distribution systems.
• Good communication skills supported by confidence and team motivating instincts.
• Basic working knowledge of computers and associated tools/software.
• High school diploma, driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• We have jobs all over the Tampa Bay area.
• Timely and self-motivated.

Compensation:
• Hourly with wage based on experience.
• PAID Holidays
• Company Truck w/Fuel Card Available for the right candidate.
