Great review from Shaina... "We moved into a rental home and discovered big-headed ants had taken over one of the bathrooms right before move-in. Bingham treated the entire house before we moved our belongings in, and we haven't had a single issue inside since. When ants started showing up in our pool, I called them back out.
Technician Lee came out for the first visit and did a great job. When I'd originally set up the appointment, I'd explained to Heather on the phone that we had ants in the pool. While Lee was at the house he assessed the situation and recommended treating the yard in addition to the house. He explained the yard treatment would cost a little extra and asked me to call Heather right then — she updated the appointment type on the spot to include the lawn, and since Lee already had the treatment in his van, he was able to go ahead and treat the yard that same day instead of making me schedule another appointment. That kind of coordination was awesome. They scheduled the second treatment for October 14th, and both technicians did a great job representing the company — super friendly and super patient with all my questions.
Heather in the office was fantastic too — she went above and beyond to get everything set up, texting me updates at my request to confirm payments and appointments. They also send a courtesy reminder call or text at least 24 hours before every visit, which makes scheduling easy.
Two things really stood out to me. First, after treating the lawn they placed a sign in the front yard warning neighbors not to let pets on the grass for 24 hours — such a thoughtful touch for the community. Second, the yard treatment was very reasonably priced: a larger initial payment, then only a small add-on to each quarterly bill. For us, being able to use our pool daily without fighting ants is well worth it, so we now include the yard treatment with every quarterly visit.
