Another project complete, and we’re excited to finally share it with you!

This beautiful new ADU is officially finished, and we couldn’t be more proud of the result. From the first plans to the final walkthrough, it’s always rewarding to see a vision come to life.

Check out some of our favorite photos from this project. Every finish, feature, and design choice came together to create a space that feels both functional and inviting.

And as CASK continues to grow, we’re excited to now offer custom home builds and garages in addition to ADUs, helping homeowners create spaces that fit their needs today and into the future.

When Sean purchased a property with a large yard, he saw the perfect opportunity to add an ADU. With experience owning other rentals, he knew the space had strong potential for long-term value.

He also wanted to include a garage for his personal vehicles, making the property both practical and investment-minded. For the ADU design, Sean wanted an open, comfortable layout with a natural flow throughout.

Working with a project manager who understood his vision from the start made the process even better, and Sean was happy to have found CASK Construction to bring it all together.

From demo day to new window installation day, this custom home is really coming along!

It’s been so exciting to watch this home take shape, and we’re grateful to be part of helping these homeowners get one step closer to moving into a home built just for them.

At our recent Customer Appreciation Event at Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe, Calin and Chad shared a few exciting new directions for CASK Construction.

As CASK continues to grow, we are expanding beyond ADUs and into custom new home builds. With the right resources, team members, and systems in place, we are focused on supporting homeowners before, during, and after construction with care, clarity, and expertise.

After two hurricanes caused extensive damage to her home, Florence faced the overwhelming task of rebuilding what she had lost.
