You want cheaper rates and we at WSI understand that.
Are we the cheapest? No, but you can not be when you provide your customer with the best service possible.
Are we the best refrigeration company? We think so and this county has voted us so.
We also pride ourselves in doing our job by the book and we dont rest after the clock hits 4:30PM. 24/7 service and R&D.
We research new technology and how it can benefit our clients. We network with other companies and technicians we worked with for years that live and work in highly populated areas like ST. Louis, Boston, NYC, LA, and Pittsburgh where new technology and equipment has been proven and battle tested. This way we know what actually works for our clients not just what the local suppliers try to sell us.
We continue to educate ourselves through manufacturer's service classes.
We do R&D on the equipment we service so when we arrive on the jobsite we know if the equipment was installed right, not just "working".
Take this walk-in freezer we serviced for the first time. The complaint was that it was freezing up. It took us no time to determine the fans were not running and the condenser was dirty but the devil is in the details, and thats where we excel.
What we noticed was that the defrost clock was set for a 21 out of 24 hour defrost per day. Yes this freezer was working this way because the defrost termination was still working correctly but if the termination switches on this unit had failed, this box would possibly be on fire within hours, the food, no doubt ruined. The restaraunt, working on downtime.
Do not chance your restaraunt's operation on local cheaper choices , in the long run, there is nothing cheaper then doing it right the first time.
