Our company was founded in January of 2004 by Michael R. Pittman, a third generation contractor in the New Orleans area. The original management team has now become equity partners with over 80 years of combined experience. Pittman Group, LLC has extensive experience in flood control, drainage pump stations, water and sewer treatment facilitates/upgrades, and large infrastructure projects. We self

-perform over 70% of the work in our contracts while maintaining productive relationships with only the best, most reliable and experienced subcontractors and suppliers. In the post Katrina heavy civil market we have streamlined our processes for a more efficient operation that enables fast mobilizations, adjustments to contracts without losing time, and clean swift project closings to ensure timely turn over to end users for their intended use. We have returned to work and while much of South Louisiana has extensive damage, we are lucky and offices and project sites only received minimal damage.

Hurricane Ida Update:

We hope everyone has some kind of power to stay cool wherever you may be.

We currently have no power at the office but have been working to get power. Current craft workers who are paid weekly, you will have pay deposited this Friday, September 3, 2021. Tuesday Sept 7th would be the earliest anyone needs to be concerned about heading back to work. If situations are not ready, we will adjust. We will get back to everyone as that date comes closer.
