Bell Outdoor was founded in 2016 by Faulkner Bell. Simons Island, GA where he grew up in the landscape and turf industries from a young age. Faulkner worked in the Turfgrass Management industry along with the Horticulture industry throughout high-school and into college. Faulkner attended Auburn University and graduated with a B.S. in Horticulture and a Minor in Agronomy & Soils. Upon graduating,

Faulkner worked with two landscape companies as Account Manager and Director of Operations. After briefly considering a different career path, he knew deep down that his talent and passion was within the Horticulture industry. Quality landscape design, enhancement and building long-term relationships with clients is what makes Bell Outdoor what it is today. As the service industry can be a high demanding and competitive business, the goal of Bell Outdoor is to make every customer's dreams become reality by providing added value to their landscape and home. Bell Outdoor is a full service Residential Landscape Enhancement, Design/Build Company that specializes in high-quality custom designs to meet our clients' needs. Our focus is to ensure that every client has a remarkable experience with our services and in order to make that happen, we strive to go above and beyond to meet their needs. Home is where the heart is and the impact that a well designed and executed landscape can have a dramatic impact from the moment you pull into the driveway. Quality is our #1 priority along with providing excellent communication in order to meet each and every client's specific needs. This is our passion and we will do all it takes to make it reality. Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Bell Outdoor is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to help oversee daily landscape maintenance operations. This position is responsible for leading a small crew, completing assigned properties efficiently, and ensuring all work is performed to company standards.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, bed maintenance, debris cleanup, seasonal maintenance tasks, and basic property detail work. The Crew Leader will also help organize tools and equipment, keep the crew productive throughout the day, communicate with management, and represent the company professionally while on client properties.

The ideal candidate will have prior landscape maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to lead others, experience operating commercial landscape equipment, a valid driver’s license, and a dependable work ethic.

Requirements:
Prior landscape maintenance experience, ability to lead a small crew, reliable transportation, experience with commercial mowers and handheld equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Competitive compensation provided and depends on experience. Will pay well!
