Four years ago, a storm damaged the roof on the historic Rosanky's building in downtown Salado. What followed was a marathon... public adjusters, engineers, appraisers, and lawyers all stepping in to get this one across the finish line.

Today? Brand-new 60 mil TPO by , tenants are dry, mission accomplished.

A little history: this spot was once the Salado First State Bank, then in 1962 became "Grace Jones," an upscale dress shop run by former NYC model Grace Rosanky Jones that pulled in fashion from New York, Paris, and Milan. WE ARE HIRING!

Looking for hard workers ready to learn commercial roofing from the ground up. No experience required. Show up on time, work hard, and want to learn, and we'll teach you the rest.

You'd join our crew of skilled single-ply roofers and pick up the trade from guys who have been doing this for over twenty five years. Work takes place on flat roofs, so day to day you'd be hauling material, screwing down insulation, and rolling out membrane right alongside them.

There's a real future here. Start as a laborer, learn the craft, and work your way up to skilled installer. We'll invest the time in you as long as you bring the effort.

Must be willing to travel. If seeing new places and building something you can stand behind sounds good to you, even better.

Perfect for somebody fresh out of high school who wants to learn a trade and build a real career.
