Our Quinn Construction crew recently returned to the Georgetown Executive Airport in Georgetown, Texas to complete a couple of additional improvements.

This project included a custom dumpster enclosure along with adding more soffit underneath a gable roof extension that our team built several months ago.

Another Warehouse Complete in Coupland, Texas

Another custom metal building is officially finished, and this one turned out great.

Our Quinn Construction crew completed this 40’ x 100’ x 14’ custom weld-up warehouse in Coupland, Texas.

Project specifications include:

• 40’ x 100’ x 14’ custom weld-up metal building
• 3” vinyl-backed insulation
• Gutters
• One man door
• Three 12’ x 12’ roll-up doors

For this project, the owner had the concrete slab completed separately. Quinn Construction furnished the metal building materials and handled the complete er****on of the building.

The best part of the project? Our customer was extremely happy with the finished warehouse and has already referred us to three friends who are looking to build warehouses of their own.

Two More Projects Wrapped Up in Central Texas!

The Quinn Construction crew keeps knocking them out and moving on to the next one.

Project 1 – 40’ Side Wall Addition
This side of the building was originally open, and the customer contacted us to come back and enclose it with 40 feet of red side wall. A straightforward addition that gives the customer more protection and functionality from their building.

Project 2 – Topsey, Texas
We just completed 1” closed-cell spray foam insulation on our 30x40 project in Topsey, TX, finishing another phase of this build.

From metal building additions and repairs to spray foam insulation, site work, concrete, fencing, and complete construction projects, Quinn Construction is equipped to handle projects of all sizes.

Another two checked off the list—now the guys are on to the next one!
