Another oiled, waxed and food safe Walnut and Maple “End Grain,” (style to achieve crazy hardness), cutting board headed for Seattle. This board has a body count as my sander and table-saw had fallen victim to material hardness. Tip of the cap to ya, Board.

Honoring the recently passed. This hand sander was my fathers’ from long ago. Got me thru apartment maintenance job and some woodwork for the last year. She’ll be missed. Also, got this table saw,(model # Circa 1979!!!!), for $17 a year ago and it is what sparked my interest in a woodworking hobby. It’s taught me a lot so I replaced with the exact same saw! My sled and jigs still fit the tracks! I stripped it of any spare parts I may want for my replacement and I’m thinking I’m feeling sentimental about the table so it may stay and become a welding surface.
