1. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for producing profitable and on schedule residential and commercial remodel projects for Dale’s Remodeling, Inc.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage all aspects of remodel projects per scope of work, plans, finish schedules and other documents as prepared by Remodel Consultant, Project Consultant, Designer and Estimator.
2. Perform all carpentry labor and other labor required for remodel project.
3. Order, procure and arrange for the delivery of materials required for remodel project.
4. Coordinate all subcontractors and ensure subcontractors proper performance for remodel project.
5. Supervise and give direction to handyman, assistant carpenter, temp laborers and others as needed on remodel project.
6. Maintain clean job site at all times, including dust protection, daily clean up, trash removal and other.
7. Responsible for and must maintain a safe job site at all times in compliance with OSHA standards and Dale’s Remodeling Safety & Health Policy.
8. Holds weekly meetings with clients at job location and report to Production Manager.
9. Maintain on-going communication with Production Manager and others as to the status of remodel project.
10. Attend all beginning-walk-through and final-walk-through meetings as scheduled by Production Manager.
11. Work with Accountant and Production Manager to ensure accurate job costing and progress payments.
12. Order timely all necessary City, County and other inspections.
13. Meet with Production Manager, Remodel Consultant, Project Consultant, Designer, Estimator and others to review remodel project after job is complete.
14. Attend all department, company, safety and other meetings.
15. Reports to Production Manager as immediate supervisor, next level of management is General Manager.

3. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accept client payments and hand deliver to Office Manager.
2. Perform other special projects as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide the first impression for the company. This is achieved by phone and in person assisting with walk-in's and answering phones.
2. General office duties including filing, copying, faxing, data entry, and organization.
3. Incoming/outgoing mail. Distribute packages to people addressed to. Take mail to post office , daily, as needed in mailman (women) doesn't take it
4.Misc. Errands as needed, such bank deposits and picking up supplies.
5.Office appearance. Responsible for maintaining the overall office appearance (first impression) in its entirety. This includes office cleaning, organization, stocking supplies and common area workstations, organize showroom materials. Weekly and daily cleaning as needed.
6.Support fellow team members with other tasks and projects, as needed
7. Other items as directed by staff members.

3. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accept client payments and hand deliver to Office.
2. Perform other special projects as needed.
4. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. 5-7 years construction experience or related field.
2. Ability to perform all aspects of interior and exterior carpentry labor for but not limited to all aspects of kitchen, bathroom, addition, deck and patio remodel projects.
3. Must be organized, able to prepare a schedule, complete documents and forms for record keeping and other.
4. Must provide own tools and reliable truck for transportation to/from jobsites.

5. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Customer service.
2. Ability to supervise others, delegate and problem solve.

6. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, manipulating, carrying, pushing and shoveling.
2. Standing, walking, stooping, bending, confined and other.

7. WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Dust, dirt, noise, cold weather, hot weather and other.
2. Work with little supervision.
