Following a brief hiatus from my wood shop, this piece was a pleasure to create. A friend commissioned me to craft a rifle display case, and I am particularly fond of how the half blind inlaid dovetails turned out. Walnut and maple were the primary woods used, with walnut sap wood incorporated as a design element. My friend and Michael Drozdo did an excellent job with the laser work.
