We recently replaced this roof and then went inside and replaced this ceiling for one of the landlords we work with in Gloucester. After replacing the roof we completely gutted the ceiling and replaced with new framing, insulation, drywall, fresh paint and a new ceiling light. We recently rebuilt a portico in Gloucester, Mass. It had 2 sinking support footings that were only 24" and not 48" that we found out when removing for new ones. We supported the roof and rebuilt everything to the original details. We were able to save half the decking and reuse the railings on the landing to try to save money where we could for the client.

Yesterday's office location. Close to wrapping up a Roofing Project in Gloucester, Ma. This was more intensive than 80% of roofs. Framing, all new 3/4" plywood, new rafter 🙈, rebuilt overhangs, and new gutters.
