We recently switched phone carriers but kept our same phone numbers. Unfortunately, we are still receiving reports of customers having trouble reaching us. At this time, we aren’t sure if the issue is with our 1-800-382-2217 number or our local office number, 573-729-2217.

If you have trouble getting through on either of these numbers, please call us at 573-453-6607.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Our office will be closed until June 1st while Taylor is out of the office and we take some time away to celebrate our wedding/elopement!

If you need service during this time, please leave a detailed voicemail with your:
• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• What service/work you may need

You can also leave messages regarding garage doors needing ordered, and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

Our guys will still be running some service calls and checking voicemails throughout the week.

We appreciate your patience, support, and understanding during this special time for us. Thank you for continuing to support our small business!

Taylor doesn’t like the spotlight… but his hard work deserves it!

While most of our customers don’t get to see him in person, many have had the pleasure of talking to him on the phone. Taylor works hard every day behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. He makes sure his team is supported and customers are well taken care of.

We’re so grateful for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to quality service. Dent County Overhead Door wouldn’t be the same without him.

Help us wish Taylor a very happy birthday today! 🎂🎈
