First unit complete at our Portland metro apartment complex remodel.
We just wrapped the interior on one of the units, and the transformation from the initial walkthrough to now is a great look at how the project is progressing. With the first unit finished, we’re moving into the next phase across the remaining units in the building.
• Interior Finishes: Fresh paint, updated trim, and refinished surfaces for a clean, cohesive look throughout
• Kitchens & Baths: New fixtures, hardware, and finishes to modernize the space
• Exterior Progress: Drone shots show the building’s current condition as we plan the next round of unit turns
• Next Phase: Moving from this completed unit into the remaining units in the complex
