Due to the zoning the county would not let this customer expand their house out but would allow them to go up for a second floor. This was a fun one trying to frame and build off old foundation and existing wall

Putting the finishing touches to this 3 bedroom 2 bath 1500 sq ft patio home with a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 700 sq ft guest house. Will post pictures of interior pictures when completed.

After over a year and a half going through planning, zoning and permit issues we have finally broken ground on Hunters Burdens new 2000 square ft addition. The new structure will have an additional 1000 sq ft meat processing room, new inside customer pick-up area and 400 sq ft detached kill shack.

We always enjoy doing something different and this bridge renovation was definitely that. This bridge was a little over 9’ wide and had a very low load rating. We added 7 new steel beams for a much larger load capacity and widened it up by almost 3 feet with new concrete aprons.
