Triangle Green at Broad Canal Way creates an essential pedestrian connection between the MIT campus and East Cambridge while serving as a vibrant gathering place for the neighborhood. A pergola and stage provide space for public performances, events, and informal gatherings, while adjacent areas offer room for restaurant spill-out, outdoor dining, and a welcoming place for nearby office workers and visitors to meet, relax, and enjoy the open space.

Our team has enjoyed contributing to Kendall Square’s rapid evolution, creating welcoming public spaces that support a growing mix of research, housing, and urban life.
