Couldn’t be happier with the AMAZING weekend during the opening of HBA Tour of Homes !! Our tour home was just packed both Saturday and Sunday with so many friendly folks, and I just have to say thank you to everyone as I love to speak to each and every one of you about the numerous details of the house. Happy Friday friends! We’ve got a front door to paint……decisions, decisions, decisions and dozen or so days of work left to do! Just a couple weeks left until the HBA Tour of Homes opens on July 12th and we’ll be showing off this home, along with another twenty or so of your favorites to view up close - one great highlight this summer not to miss!!

We’ve been working hard on our entry to this summer’s HBA Tour of Homes event beginning mid July 2025, but friends — TONIGHT will be a momentous occasion!! Northside has completed the wiring of the three new street lamps they recently installed in our Phase Two of Laurel Crossing in the backdrop, and fingers crossed they will light brightly at sundown!! We’ve taken the last couple of months to push harder in focusing finishing up other projects in phase one, such as the closing of the latest 3400+ near 1.5M one level phase flagship home and Buyer’s move in, and we now direct on completion of phase two and its ten additional lots, and the completed frame of our HyggeHaus. We’re extremely excited for this newest over the top design build, and the snapshot here gives a little sneak peek to its raw exterior. Stay tuned for more info coming soon about our yet to be listed home and all of its details and amenities!
