New England Finish Systems is proud to announce that three of our talented carpenters recently completed the UBC “300 Hitters” Training Program in Las Vegas. This elite program by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America focuses on precision, productivity, and leadership.

Representing the best of NEFS:
• The Rising Leader – Marcel B: Mastering leadership and project management as one of our newest Foremen.
• The Educator – Michael C: Bringing industry-leading standards back to the local trade school students he teaches.
• The Craft Specialist – Luis R: Sharpening his technical skills with the latest trade methods and materials.

NEFS is excited to see these pros bring their new expertise back to our projects.

It’s Construction Safety Week 2026, and at New England Finish Systems, safety is a core value, not just a checklist.

This year’s theme, "All In Together," reminds us that protecting each other is a shared responsibility. We are doubling down on our commitment to eliminating Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) through three pillars:

RECOGNIZE: Spotting the "STCKY" (Stuff That Can Kill You) before work begins.
RESPOND: Empowering every team member to take immediate action on hazards.
RESPECT: Valuing every worker’s right to go home safely at the end of the day.
