Zoni Design Group and Robert Grether, Architect along with The Chaffee Housing Authority and The Molly Grether Foundation bring you Jane's Place. A legacy project honoring the vision of the late Jane Whitmer. This project will bring 17 housing units to the Salida community, designed to serve immediate local needs. Seasonal employees, new recruits to our workforce, families and individuals in crisis, & Americorps volunteers will be directly served through Jane's Place. In addition, the project will include a nonprofit incubator and social enterprise coffee shop. https://www.housinghealthchaffee.org/janesplace

Our Methodist Mountain (on top of the world) views of Ark Valley is completed and what a great home this as turned out to be. I'd like to give a special thanks to the builder Flat Rock Construction for going above and beyond on this project.

Our Methodist Mountain (on top of the world) views of Ark Valley is almost wrapped up. What a great project his has turned out to be, with super energy efficient design with spray foam wall, R-49 cellulose in the attic, Zip Board wall sheathing, conditioned crawl space, a great in-floor heating system by Warm Board and some very happy owners.

And so it begins. This is the start of our project in Poncha Springs, CO knowing as "Colorado Outpost". 35K SF retail center at the corner of HWY 50 and 285.

Coming soon to Poncha Springs! A nearly 30,000 sq ft commercial building for future retail and a new home for Western Archery! The OutPost will offer at least 10,000 sq ft of retail/office space to the Hwy 50 & 285 crossroads. We love how this design highlights an "Old Colorado" architectural style.

We were so excited to attend the Grand Opening of the new LaGree's Food Store and True Value in Poncha Springs!
