Update: Previously, we announced our business name change. With that came many behind the scenes adjustments. TPR was established in 2002, Clark and I (Liz) bought and took over the business about a decade ago. Until this year, we primarily relied on word of mouth for our advertising. Working with a single crew, we have stayed busy enough with very little down time.
So, whats changing? Until now, our work relied primarily on Clark and our small crew. As we age, we are realizing that Clark can not continue to do the back-breaking physical labor, day in and day out, without the effects to his physical health. As such, we have added another contractor, Mike, to our team and we are transitioning to subbing some of our work out. This is opening up many doors for us. Clark and I can now focus on sales and customer service, while supervising the crews and project managing. Overall, we are functioning a lot more efficiently. With that said, we are now advertising, taking on more work, and pushing our online presence.
When we changed the business name this past spring, Google temporarily suspended our listing until we verified that it was indeed us making the change. Since then, we lost all our reviews that we worked so hard for.
