What impressed us most wasn’t just the technology, automation and robotics — it was the people!

Watching assembly, quality control, maintenance, packaging, and distribution all work together with incredible efficiency was something we’ll never forget. Every machine, attachment and component passes through countless hands, systems and inspections before eventually being boxed, palletized, wrapped and shipped out to dealers and customers.

Not to mention, just how much of this process is done in house!!!

As owners of a small family business in New Hampshire, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how an industry leader operates was both inspiring and humbling.

A HUGE thank you to for welcoming Joe and me, making us feel like family and giving us an experience we’ll forever be grateful for.

It’s easy to see why so many professionals trust the orange equipment,especially when you’ve seen firsthand the people, pride and process behind it.

Joe and I never would have imagined that sharing our family business and work on social media would lead to opportunities like this.

Tonight, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. We had the chance to enjoy dinner with fellow members, all from different states (even Canada) — an amazing group of hardworking, dedicated landscaping professionals who all share a passion for this industry.

It’s been a fun night of great conversations, good food and making new friendships. We’re excited to see what the next couple of days bring and are thankful to be part of such a great community.
