Andy and Austin did an awesome job on the install. It’s pretty cool to be back at Carson doing work at the same place we all went to school, definitely a full circle moment for us!

💧 Did you know your AC has a safety switch designed to help prevent water damage?

If the condensate drain backs up, the float switch detects the rising water and shuts your system off before it can overflow.

So if your AC suddenly stops working, the float switch may just be doing its job! 🔧❄️

Dummy Thermostats⁉️

In some commercial buildings, the thermostat on the wall may not actually control the HVAC system.

With so many people wanting the temperature set differently, constantly changing the thermostat can create comfort issues and unnecessary service calls. Some buildings lock out the thermostat, install a protective cover, or in some cases, use a dummy thermostat while the real thermostat is located in a manager’s office or another restricted area.

Not every building is set up this way, but it happens more often than you’d think!
