We’re looking for a high-level Lead Plumber to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, know your way around both residential and commercial service, and want to run your own truck — this is the spot.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Residential & commercial service plumbing
* Upfits & remodels (residential + commercial)
* Diagnosing issues & running your own job estimates
* Working on advanced systems:
* Sewer & drain systems
* Pump systems
* Well installs & service
* Epoxy pipe lining
* And more high-level work
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* 4–5+ years experience in service plumbing
* Strong knowledge of residential & commercial systems
* Ability to diagnose, communicate, and sell jobs
* Self-motivated, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
