Our friends at The Gunston School in Centreville, have a new roof. 💪 We completed a Full tear off, then Installed a 1/4” per foot tapered Polyisocyanurate insulation system, sloped East + West. 1/4” Densdeck.

Johns Manville Commercial Roofing .060 SA TPO. TPO coated drip edge and .032 Kynar finished aluminum gravel stop.

Our latest commercial project. The Hawaiian Village [Outrigger Building] in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland. 😎

We performed a complete tear-off to the deck, upgrading the facility with a new The BILCO Company aluminum roof hatch, six cast iron drains, and a custom-built knee wall. To meet local codes, we installed a high-efficiency R-30 tapered insulation system set in asphalt, topped with a premium GAF - Roofing SA TPO roofing system..

The project was finished with custom-fabricated Kynar aluminum coping and heavy-duty box gutters to ensure long-term, weather-tight protection against the coastal elements.
