I figured since we posted one of the most unique showers space wise, we did last year the post before last, I'd share the most unique one space wise now. This shower is under a set of steps and was already a shower before it was demoed and reconfigured the best way possible with what we had to work with. All new framing and plumbing were set in place to achieve "maximum" space. Also included is a hallway/dry off area to make it more functional. The home owner installed all his own trim and paint to match his version. Southern Design Concepts

This master bath here was a full redo, new plumbing, new countertops, paint, soaker tub and larger shower! We did two other baths and new LVP throughout the whole downstairs this year as well and I'll share those on a different day.

This was definitely one of the most unique showers we did this year in terms of the space it occupied. The original shower that was here was done very poorly, which caused leaking and the design was just as bad. We opened up the solid wall that was on the left to add much needed natural light in this small space and made the shower footprint large as we could. All in all it turned to be a much more functional shower and the client loves it!

We don't do much carpet anymore and to be honest I believe this is the only one we did this year but when it's a designer carpet that has to be cut, bound and lined up to perfection we're always up for the challenge! We looking forward to helping you with your projects this coming year and beyond.
