Please be advised: There is NO AUCTION TOMORROW, nor was one ever scheduled. We would NEVER hold an auction during a pandemic or anytime even closely thereafter. In fact, during these exceptionally difficult times, we are doing everything we can to help every customer in need of assistance. Apparently, there is some misinformation being posted on a random "auction list" website that we have absolutely NO affiliation with. Again, there is no auction tomorrow and we have NO AUCTIONS scheduled. Period!

We're working on it! Plowing began yesterday and should be finished by the end of today. Access to the facility is not prohibited. However, if you're able to wait until tomorrow that would be great. We can most efficiently and quickly get everything cleared with empty aisleways. Thanks for your patience and stay safe!

As always, we're high & dry! The power of a well designed and properly graded site keeps water away from the buildings, funneling it down the center of the roadways and into the storm water management pond. 👍

If you must be at your storage unit during extreme summer temperatures be sure to drink plenty of water, take lots of breaks in the shade & keep an eye out for any signs of heat exhaustion. Here's what to watch for:

Faintness or dizziness
Nausea or vomiting
Heavy sweating often with cold, clammy skin
Weak, rapid pulse
Pale or flushed face
Muscle cramps
Headache
Weakness or fatigue

If you, or anyone else, experiences heat exhaustion immediately get out of the heat and off your feet. You're always welcome in the office! If we aren't open or you can't go somewhere with a/c, find a shady spot. Drink plenty of fluid (avoid caffeine and alcohol) and remove tight or unnecessary clothing. If there is no improvement don't wait to seek medical help!

Our office is open regular hours and the facility is plowed. If you are attempting to access your unit but too much snow at your unit door just stop in & we'll get it cleared for you right away. You can also call in advance (410-749-6163) and we'll make sure it's all ready before you arrive. Also, as usual in this cold weather, the mechanism in your lock can become frozen and/or ice can get lodged inside. Let us know if you're having trouble & we'll help with that too. Be safe & stay warm!

Past Due Customers: If you are overlocked and have Christmas items in storage we will give you access to your unit. You must call the office to set up a time first though! We won't hassle you for money, we just want everyone to have a Merry Christmas.
