Custom-built pavilion that is 480 sqft with electrical outlets and lighting equipped with dimming capability. Tongue and groove ceiling with custom built beams. A paver patio was installed underneath.

Here we custom-built a lovely pavilion that is 480 sqft with electrical outlets and lighting equipped with dimming capability. This pavilion was built with 8x8 posts so it's definitely not going anywhere. We also installed a tongue and groove ceiling with custom-built beams. We installed a paver patio underneath to add to the aesthetics and provide a great level area to sit back and relax. Pavilions are always a great choice for outdoor entertaining because they can accommodate so many things such as outdoor kitchens and beautiful outdoor fireplaces. This particular pavilion actually accommodated the homeowner's wedding.
We always suggest to potential clients that are considering an outdoor pavilion to think about options that you may like to add to the pavilion at a later date so that we can help you plan your pavilion project accordingly. By doing this, you can avoid costly renovations when adding to your pavilion in the future.

This covered shelter that we built over the client's patio provided just what they needed. We also installed a hideaway TV in the ceiling. View the post directly below this one to see their ceiling with the hideaway TV. We think this is a prime example of how to make a huge impact on your outdoor space. It not only improved the aesthetics of the client's home, but they now also have an outdoor space that's more comfortable to enjoy.
