Hey Triad Tractor can you clean up all this junk, push the tree line back, and put in a pad for a greenhouse?

Yea no problem.

These are existing customers, they didn’t ask how we gonna do that.

Anyway, we hauled off the junk, pushed over trees, dug up the stumps, stripped off the topsoil, then spread sand rock.

A few months ago we got a call about fixing a yard after a large crane truck had left it full of ruts.

The potential customer was inquiring about hauling in more dirt and/or regrading. I recommended hit it with a 60 inch rototiller and a 60 inch sod drill with 100 pound of crown jewel.

We set the tiller on a 2 inch depth and just scratched the surface, not tilling a garden, just breaking up surface and smoothing out the ruts. Then drilled seed and hit it with some compact tractor compaction.

More yard work!

This customer usually burns their brush but with the burn ban in place they needed another option.

Sticks, logs, concrete… yea whatever it’s not a problem Mr. Customer, we can handle it.

Ok, I want to get a gravel parking pad and a sidewalk cut in from the shop. Yea no problem Mr. Customer, we can handle that.

As usual, we roll in with equipment, haul some things out, haul some things in, push some dirt around, make it look nice, load up and go home.

Here’s another overgrown backyard that we had the opportunity to clean up!

This customer was left with a mess of a backyard after having some tree work performed last year by some “fly by night contractors”.

He didn’t know what to do or how to go about cleaning up the debris left behind. He had received a couple of quotes for forestry mulching but didn’t want to take out a 2nd mortgage.

Our solution was much more simple and much less expensive. We rolled in with a dump trailer, chainsaw, and mini excavator then proceeded to load up the debris and haul it away. No mulch, no chips, back to dirt and ready to seed.

More property cleanup!

This customer reached out and needed some brush clearing along the fence line.

Yea no problem. It was light brush and we made quick work of it grinding it up with the mini excavator and disc mulcher.

In just a few hours we had the whole area cleared only to find some large piles of stumps and logs that were way too large to grind!

We reviewed some different options with the customer and came back the next day with a skid steer and grapple to remove the stumps and logs.

Customer was looking forward to throwing out a little bit of seed and enjoying the reclaimed area of their property.

Do you want a big yard? I mean a really big yard.

If you built a new house in the middle of an 10 acre corn field and now you want a 7 acre lawn, Triad Tractor is your huckleberry.

The first thing we did was break up the hard ground in a couple of passes with a disc harrow..
After discing, we set the Roto tiller on a 2 inch depth and went over the entire property smoothing it up and creating the perfect seedbed. Next we drilled 900 pounds of premium fescue with a Sod Drill, then went over everything with a Cultipacker.

It’s a process but this is how you turn an old rough field into a smooth lawn.

Property cleanup? Brush removal?

What ever you call it, we can help.

Long story short. We were contacted to clean up behind a prior contractor who was hired by the customer.

Just because someone has an excavator or a skid steer does not necessarily mean that they are proficient at operating the machines and that’s what we have here. To add insult to injury, the prior contractor had no idea where the property lines were and stacked a lot of debris onto the neighbors.

Anyway, we got the call to come fix everything and that’s exactly what we did.

We rolled in, relocated the debris, slicked it up, threw out some seed and straw, then rolled out.
