Dave, a licensed Master Plumber with over 22 years of experience as Lead Foreman & Superintendent on large multimillion dollar commercial projects combined with Brett’s 20+ years in finance, vendor management, and 10+ years as CFO multiple companies. This basement remodel is nearly complete! We were fortunate enough to be hired to re-pipe, re-plumb, move drains and install the new tub, fixtures, toilets, sinks, faucets, shower valves and trim for two basement bathrooms and a kitchenette in this basement remodel project.

Check out this mailbox room remodel at the 260 unit Mountain Shadows Apartments . We took it from dark and scary to bright and inviting!

Using USPS approved mailboxes from Mailboxes.com - Salsbury Industries we turned this old dingy and down right terrifying space into a more functional mailroom for residents and mail carriers. We added an additional room for better mailbox placement and extra space to eventually add Amazon lockers.

This was a fun project and a reminder that at Superior Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. we are more than just plumbers, we are licensed general contractors as well and can handle all your residential and light commercial remodel or new projects!

Pepperwood kitchen remodel! Remember SPM is a licensed plumbing contractor as well as a licensed general contractor.

This one was fun and the owners had such fantastic ideas on how to recreate this space into something truly amazing! They even did a lot of the work themselves including the beautiful mosaic and tile backsplash work.

We loved working with this client and are very proud of the final product.
