I don’t know where to even begin. My heart aches at the news of his passing, I’ve never had a friend leave this world by their choice… many knew Cody, recently and years past. I want to focus on the Cody I knew when I first met him. He was the “GUY” he had the looks, the smarts and he was hilarious. I always looked up to Cody and thought how can I be like him…. I wish I was poetic with my words, but I’ll try my best. I loved who Cody was, I wanted to always hang out with him when we first met, I was like an annoying little brother at times. Cody taught me many things about the gospel that I love and hold close, and that I knew he loved very much. We had so many road trips, del taco churro runs, FIFA nights. World Cup watch parties, movie nights featuring low budget Chinese ninja films and our favorite white monster energy drink. There’s so many memories with Cody, and I hate to say we went our separate ways through changes and challenges in life. You crossed my mind a week ago and I didn’t reach out, I’m so sorry Cody. Love you bro, I can’t wait to see you again. Until we meet again brother.

So pumped for this stud nephew of mine!! has always been an incredible example, to watch him grow from a baby in my arms, to a nephew I get to wrestle and choke out on the daily. Kyle has a heart of gold, everyone loves him. He truly is one of the most Christ like people in my circle. I can’t even describe how happy/jealous I am for him to take this time in his life to forget about himself and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of Cali, Columbia. 🇨🇴

I am grateful for my savior. I am grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ. So grateful I have the opportunity to repent and come closer to him everyday. No matter the time, place or circumstance he is there for me. My rock, my foundation my guide.
