Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
No swimming pool experience needed, just a great attitude willing to learn
Punctuality
Self-Motivated
Work well in a team and individually
Be willing to perform heavy manual labor
Must be able to lift 75lbs
Standing – Bending – Walking - Twisting entire shift
Comfortable with working inside/outside
Must be able and willing to follow instructions
Valid Drivers License to drive and tow equipment if necessary
Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite everyday
Ability to read contracts and plans for projects
Experience with hand tools including saws, nail guns, and small equipment such as skid steers, mini ex's, etc
Good English verbal and reading skills
Have a smart phone to reference plans and jobsite information


Responsibilities:
Pick up supplies from warehouse or distributors and deliver to jobsite
Perform tasks involving physical labor at jobsite
May operate small machinery, and hand and power tools of all types: skid steers, mini excavators, air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment and instruments
May assist subcontractors with duties
May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of pool excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials
Other duties as needed to me business needs and standards


Pay:
$18-20 per hour DOE
Possible overtime hours available during the summer months
