Help me recognize another of our amazing technicians who was nominated and selected as the employee of the month of March: Nate Grover
Nate has grown both in skill and knowledge and we couldn't be happier for him! He has been applying himself and is dedicated to learning the trade and has been doing his very best to accomplish any task that we throw his way. He has a strong compassion and commitment to the company, he is helpful and leans on his peers when needed. Also, he is not afraid to struggle to find the answer to the problem he's up against but will call and ask all the right questions when he needs to. I am sure your dad is proud of the technician you have become, Nate!
His favorite color is Black. His favorite movie is No Country for Old Men. The perfect vacation for him would be in Venice Beach, with his wonderful family: 2 kids (1 daughter and 1 son) and his wife Wendie of 21 years! They will have their first grandchild this summer.
When Nate is not working he likes to hang out with his family and dogs.
He has been with SRV for 9 months and he loves all the stuff he learns here. In 5 years he sees himself being more complete with all aspects of HVACR.

We are happy to announce our technician of January: Adrian Cuevas!
He started as an apprentice and has grown super fast because of his dedication and hard work. We are so happy to have him! Here are some cool facts about him:
His Favorite color is green His favorite movie is the John Wick series.
His Favorite vacation is Camping and horseback riding somewhere in the mountains ⛰️
His Family is composed of his Wife Rilee and 3 boys Bodhi is 6 Boone is 4 Dutton is 1 and they have a 16-year-old daughter nnamed Keira, And they have one on the way!
He has been with the company now for 10 months and the greatest strength that he has brought to the company is dedication to the work being a hard worker and willing to try.
For Adrian, the favorite part of the job is the people he gets to work with because they do something different every day. In five years he sees himself learning more about this trade and hopefully falling into a management position.

Employee Highlight & Appreciation - November 2023
We extend our recognition and utmost gratitude to Jonathan Elliot.

And here is a little bit about him.

His favorite color is turquoise, and his favorite movie is "The Wolf of Wall Street." The perfect vacation for Jonathan is when he visits his family in California and then doubles back to Kansas to spend some time with his brother, William. He is currently single; However, he has a son with whom he is close, and likes to spend time together as often as possible, especially since he lives nearby in West Jordan.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, singing at the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake during the evening service. And has a love for fishing. He has been with the company since August 2023 and is still going strong.

His primary strength within the company lies in handling the hot side of the industry and assisting other technicians. His favorite aspect of his job is the order and teamwork we have here at SRV; it helps him get through it.

In the future, Jonathan envisions dedicating time to developing his side hustle with the goal of establishing his own LLC.

Employee Highlight & Appreciation - 2023

During the month of August, we extend our recognition to Mike Berg, one of our dedicated service technicians based in St. George.

Mike's favorite colors encompass a wide spectrum, including red (for vehicles), blue (for eyes and clothing), green, pink, and more. His preferred movie is "Spaceballs," and his ideal vacation involves a cabin nestled in the mountains, devoid of any strict itinerary, allowing for spontaneous enjoyment. Mike and his wife are parents to eight children, spanning an age range of 27 to 29. During his "free time," he indulges in activities such as hiking, fishing, and other outdoor pursuits.

Mike has been a valuable addition to the SRV team for two months. What he finds most fulfilling about his role is the daily acquisition of knowledge. Looking ahead to the next five years, he envisions himself continuing to work with the company, possibly in a managerial capacity or playing a role in training others.

We are delighted to have a superb technician like Mike on our team. He consistently exhibits punctuality and maintains a positive attitude. We eagerly anticipate further acquaintance with him and witnessing his growth within the organization.

We would like to acknowledge Chad Peck, one of our apprentices based in Salt Lake. His manager had this to say about him: "Chad is consistently present, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth. His positive attitude is infectious, and we greatly appreciate his presence on our team."

Chad's favorite color is baby blue, his top movie pick is "Drop Dead Fred," and his ideal vacation involves embarking on a cruise through Alaska. Although he's currently single, he has a fondness for camping with his family. Chad has been a valuable member of SRV for 5 months, and what he values most about his job is the company's unwavering dedication and hard work, which allows him to look back at the end of each day and feel a sense of accomplishment.

Looking ahead, in 5 years, he envisions himself still working with the company and nurturing a family of his own.

On his days off, he enjoys flying fishing, watching movies or a video game. Nick has been a part of SRV for approximately 9 months and takes great pleasure in fixing things while appreciating the excellent team in St. George.

Looking ahead, in 5 years, Nick envisions himself becoming even more proficient at fixing things or advancing within the company.

Britt enjoys quality time with her husband, Pepper, and their daughter, Pj, who shares her enthusiasm for cooking. She also has an endearing dog named Sophee.

Britt has been a valued member of SRV for one year and holds a deep appreciation for her colleagues. Her greatest strength within the company is her unwavering reliability. Looking ahead, she envisions herself living on the beach in five years.
