Our team gathered at Snowbird to celebrate an exciting milestone in Engage’s story and the beginning of a new chapter together.

𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗴𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝟱 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅.

Construction is underway on this 20,445 SF light industrial building. The four-bay facility was designed with flexibility in mind, offering approximately 5,110 SF per bay and pre-established knock-out panels for future storefront or overhead door configurations. The building also features 20-foot clear heights, grade-level overhead doors, and a modern split-faced and honed CMU exterior.

Located just off I-15, Ogden 5 gives future tenants flexible space, convenient access, and the ability to adapt each bay to fit their operational needs.

Fast-track progress takes strong partnerships.

We enjoyed lunch on-site with the trade partners who are helping keep our Salt Lake City Mail Sorting and Delivery Center project moving forward on a fast-track schedule. Thank you for the craftsmanship and commitment you bring to the project every day.

𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲.

Installation of the rooftop units is underway at this 160,000 SF mail sorting and delivery facility. The project also features 77 electric vehicle charging stations, loading docks, secure mail storage rooms, and a 4-megawatt upgrade to the local electrical service.

Facilities like this depend on reliable systems and efficient operational flow. Since the beginning of the design-build process, our team has focused on understanding how the people, equipment, and processes inside the building work together.

We enjoyed a great day of golf supporting the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake. Our teams were grateful for the opportunity to participate and promote the work they do for individuals and families along the Wasatch Front.

Located in Salt Lake City’s Granary District, the new Portal Innovations incubator at the historic Woodbine Building represents a thoughtful convergence of industry and innovation.

The project is set to transform a warehouse into a modern life science research hub while preserving the character that defines its industrial legacy—exposed brick, structural steel, and expansive bay windows.

We can't wait to show more of this project as it continues to develop!

Happy Earth Day from Engage!

Our team took a break from work with a simple goal—get outside together and clean up an area that needed attention. Together, we collected 1,000 pounds of roadside trash near our office. It was an opportunity to work as a team, learn about our environment, and accomplish a common goal.

This kind of service is an important part of Engage's mission; our responsibility extends beyond just the projects we build. We want to be a force in our communities. Earth Day is an excellent reminder that real results don't need to be overly complicated; it's about being active in our communities and making the effort to help out.

Last weekend, the EC Cycling Team hit the course at the Tour of St. George, pushing through every mile with determination and teamwork. With Southern Utah’s landscapes on full display, it was a ride to remember.
