YOTELPAD Park City breaks ground and Langvardt Design Group couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of the design team on this amazing project. Located in the heart of Canyons Village, YOTELPAD Park City has both village and mountain at its doorstep. LDG is also proud to be working on the next YOTELPAD in Mammoth, California which is currently in the design phase and has a similar majestic setting. LDG is teaming up on both projects with Yotel, RePlay, and Method Studio out of SLC. Both resorts are scheduled for completion 2020/2021.

LDG is excited to share a recent article that was published in The Hollywood Reporter. Located off US Route 40, Mayflower Mountain will be a modern ski village with a mix of homes, hotels, condominiums, commercial and retail spaces all centered around an incredible ski beach and mountain setting.

Langvardt Design Group is excited to be a partner in developing Desert Color’s vision and we recently completed a site visit in St. George, UT to review Phase 1 progress. Desert Color arose with a vision of connectivity and community that maximizes all the attributes of its beautiful natural setting, while allowing residents and visitors alike to uniquely customize and personalize theirs.
