Work is still moving forward at West Main, our ongoing project located in Utah, United States.
For this project, our team is working on the façade using a combination of curtain wall and window systems, together with AGC Interpane glass. Each element is carefully integrated to support the building’s design and overall performance.
We’re looking forward to seeing West Main progress further as the work continues.

Aluflor has strengthened its team with one of the façade industry's most experienced engineers.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ilya Barengolts, our Façade Design Manager for the US, Canada & Albania, has built his career with internationally recognized companies such as Permasteelisa, Enclos and WICONA, contributing to some of the industry's most demanding façade projects.

Today, Ilya leads Aluflor's technical office in Minnesota, where he supports projects across the United States, Canada and Albania. His expertise goes far beyond standard façade systems. Throughout his career, he has specialized in developing custom-engineered façade solutions for projects where catalogue systems simply aren't enough, turning complex architectural concepts into buildable reality.

His portfolio includes landmark developments such as 200 Park in San Jose, California, and 515 West 36th Street at Hudson Yards, New York City, projects that showcase the technical precision, innovation and engineering expertise required to deliver highly complex façade solutions.

What makes Ilya's contribution to Aluflor even more valuable is his passion for sharing knowledge. During his time working from our Albania office, he has been mentoring our technical team, giving young engineers the opportunity to learn directly from decades of international experience and helping build the next generation of façade engineers.
